On phelan out as chump's navy bitch

This week trump and hegseth fired john phelan as secretary of the navy and replaced him with john cao over american navy failures against my Artesh Iran

That chump failed to take out my Artesh including Nedaja, can not enter Khalj Fars, and were involved in war crimes like Minab and IS Dena 75 is bad enough. Also phelan had to admit that america's warships and military equipment are problematicly built, meaning more will follow his fall, as this is another sign of american defeat.
