On chump's statement on attacking Iran

I just got a copy of the trump administration's official statement issued hours ago regarding their attack on Iran

This is a criminal act as no declaration of war was made and the rights of Iranians in america like myself for decades, and not only made every american a legitimate target but is guaranteeing death to america.
