On rigged New York City election ballots

I just got a copy of one of the ballots for today's Mayor's election in New York City. Notice how curtis sliwa and zohran mamdani are listed twice while eric adams who dropped out of the election is listed as well

This looks like a half-assed election rig one would expect from drug addict wu so expect weird shit to happen regarding this NYC election.
