On odd dartmouth surgeon general event

I just learned that dartmouth has scheduled a panel talk with the surviving surgeon generals for 27 October at the hopkins center as part of it's UNDP mental health conference detailed below

This coincides with the 25 year anniversary of satcher releasing the mental health report of which I was the youngest contributor, and the two year anniversary of Engel and Wade arrested for their Free Palestine protest. Lately dartmouth medical is acting odd and ways to weaponize mental health to abuse people may be discussed, and as the timing and speakers are a dare expect me to show up in some form.
