On antifa designated a terrorist organization

Today trump issued an executive order designating antifa a domestic terrorist organization as detailed below

While personally welcome in principle, as I have been slandered and experienced violence because of antifa, in practice this can be used to go after anyone by the american government, as positively identifying someone as antifa is difficult. How this will be enforced remains to be seen, but those detained under suspicion of antifa have a right to resist.
