On legal update on Free Palestine incident at dartmouth

I was in Grafton County District Court this morning responding to the citation I got on 2 May. The county attorney pastore moved in response to my request to handle the case Pro Se that I be evaluated to represent myself. As justification she cited past legal issues, including a post-Halloween incident in a neighboring Town. When I pointed out the prosecution ignored important facts the Judge ordered the evaluation to proceed Pro Se in order to verify facts. This is a clear desperation tactic as dartmouth and their associates know they are in the wrong and a Trial could expose misdeeds regarding me and others who show up and aid the protests while keeping the community safe.

Peter Khan illegally held for defending Iranians in america
