On Artesh Iran destruction of haifa

Today Artesh Iran launched a successful strike on the military installation at haifa as seen below

Note the FFG's and Corvettes appear relatively shaken, however israel has 7 FFG's compared to the 9 Iran has, and israel is unable to manufacture major warships, unlike Iran.
