In a recent interview Ali Shamkhani was seen using a device used to handle breathing problems

While this shows he and Artesh are more in control of Iran, it also shows the explosive material used by the israelis was intended to cause health issues, and this needs to be examined as the idf is notorious for fighting dirty.
