On naval base haifa

Seen below is a recent satellite image of israel's main naval base in haifa 

While an eilat class FFG and Dolphin class SSK are in refit, and the submarine facilities are still being fixed none of the magen class FFG's are visible, showing some aggression is planned. I remind people Iran's Jamaran class FFG's are a match for them, and Iran's submarine fleet outnumber's israel's by six to one.
