On planned new uss groton

Weeks ago it was announced the new SSBN-828 would be named uss groton

This is an interesting choice as the lead ship of the class uss district of columbia SSBN-826 is yet to be completed, GDEB is having production issues, and the previous uss groton ssn-694 is having issues regarding preservation. A sign of arrogance from the american military and navy.
