On odd allied report on Zahedi WWII imprisonment

 I was recently shown a copy of fitzroy maclean where he details the riad he conducted where he and the british military kidnapped, Fazlollah Zahedi, then Sepahbod, and imprisoned him in Palestine, for his association with nazi Germany, in a blackop called operation pongo


The name is odd for in 2000 I was living with kennedy relatives on dexterdale road in providence who had a 101 pound Dalmatian named Pongo, I wonder if anyone knew this connection with my cousin Zahedi, and odd to learn only now.
