            The other major enabler was the washington trust bank based in westerly rhode island, where my paternal grandmother had set up a trust for my benefit.  That bank helped steal and embezzle the assets my fathers family had there in the 1990’s, destroyed the records, and not a single employee attempted to stop them and notify me, instead using their stolen wealth to enrich themselves.  When they had me criminally charged in 2006 in providence rhode island I proved paperwork to prove that washington trust was profiting at my expense to shock the court’s conscience and be found Not Guilty of the charges in 2007.  However when I brought civil charges against washington trust in 2014 they attempted to shift the blame on robert lukse and use the excuse they could find no records of any assets after they destroyed the records as explained by their counsel tia priolo wilkinson.  The court dismissed the civil lawsuit with the provision that if any records were found they would pay me the assets owed.  Despite this counsel for Washington trust made no attempt to obtain any financial records from robert lukse, perhaps aware of potential dangers to do so.

            The criminal actions of robert lukse contributed to the mass shooting at babcock village on December 19, 2019 as he allowed people with criminal and shady backgrounds to cluster in the area, aided by mismanagement by the owners of the property where he lived, property advisory group, and after the shooting occurred they made no attempt to work with next of kin and those robert lukse had defrauded.  The problems from that incident were further compounded by the behavior of law enforcement agencies.

            When initially charged at the state level on December 21, 2019 by matthew clarizio of 9 deer run road in bristol, rhode island I was transported to newport hospital, a lifespan facility, as they noticed I had sustained an injury to my left hand hours before the babcock village shooting which I did not seek medical treatment for, and they needed to determine if the statements I made about robert lukse’s involvement were threatening or misinterpreted, as that was the basis of the charges.  After four days observation they determined the statements I made regarding robert lukse were not threatening, however in regards to the status of robert lukse they informed me he was not a reported casualty, and would allow my primary health care provider, yale-new haven, to handle those matters.  However, the night before my release I was placed in a room with someone I had known from prison seven years prior who had mrsa, and who kept acting out.  Despite my repeated requests to be kept away from that person, they instead called a code gray on me and gave me drugs they were not supposed to, ignoring instructions from my medical records not to do that.  The morning of my release, December 27, 2019, the federal bureau of investigation had contacted me in regards to a complaint, however they noticed my speech was slurred as a result of being wrongly drugged the night before, and agreed to talk with me at a later date.

            In addition to the problems caused by lifespan my primary care providers at yale-new haven were surprisingly problematic.  When I was transported to their westerly campus on December 27, 2019 I met with my primary care doctor, peter wilkinson, who agreed to do a mrsa check on me, however claimed I was acting delusional to do a check on the status of robert lukse.  The other staff at ynh westerly’s campus claimed I was making a coherent request and agreed to meet with me at a later date to discuss the issues regarding robert lukse.  This was made as they knew robert lukse was my stepdad, he and I were both patients from L&M medical who yale had acquired, who had been intentionally separated as they knew about what robert lukse had done to my father’s family, and knew there was something suspicious about his behavior.  Additionally, the people from yale, primarily ynh, did not like doing to babcock village to visit robert lukse and others, as they noticed suspicious activity and were afraid something would happen.  It should be noted that when that shooting occurred ynh put their westerly campus on lockdown despite locals trying to seek shelter there, and when I was brought to that same campus on June 16, 2022, after my federal and state charges were dismissed, I was told that robert lukse was alive and well, which later proved to be false.

            I would not learn about robert lukse dying as a result of what happened at the babcock village shooting until November 2023, first by odd statements by dorothy duerr lukse, than by a hacker who procured for me a record of robert lukse dying on December 30, 2019 and being buried at the rhode island veterans cemetery.

            The statements made by dorothy lukse to me were alarming.  She stated she met robert lukse at a nursing home in downtown westerly where she helped nurse him back to health, before being kicked out of there and having to obtain residence at babcock village.  She married him on September 8, 2000 in stonington and separated from him.  She claimed he never mentioned me or my biological grandmother who he had been married to before.  She did state he spent a lot of money on alcohol and gambling at foxwoods casino, claiming he always placed high bets and wondered where he got the money.  She did state that after the shooting at babcock village robert lukse was transported to westerly rehabilitation center, where he ultimately died on December 30, 2019, at the same time the federal violent fugitive task force raided me in middletown, rhode island.  She also stated she had his apartment cleared out, under the pretext of fearing a cleaning bill, and allowed people in the neighborhood to loot his apartment.

            It should be noted that robert lukse began his illicit activities while doing menial work for the rockefellers at their properties in westchester county new York.  There he would eavesdrop and otherwise obtain other people’s personal information while in the course of menial labor, and would use this to impersonate others and hustle other people out of money and goods.  He managed to gain the confidence of my paternal grandmother this way, as her half brother did executive protection work for the rockefellers.  Once married to my paternal grandmother they settled in her properties in rhode island and he got her to liquidate her assets in Connecticut and new york, effectively isolating her and me, and deprive us of a social network to assist us when he defrauded us.

            It should be noted robert lukse’s extended family is just as depraved as he is, and his namesake from poland should be mentioned here.  A polish jew bankrobber with the name robert lukse, he fled with his illicit gains to America, and took the surname Zendran, thinking he would evade capture.  The opposite proved to be true and he was apprehended in Missouri, and after a lengthy federal case was deported back to poland.  Why he chose the surname of my father’s family zendran of all the aliases shows how malicious robert lukse’s relatives can be.

            Overall, robert lukse criminal acts against my family were never fully prosecuted at any government level, and was encouraged by malicious stupidity at all levels.  One final factor must be considered.  My father’s family is of Iranian and Austrian Royal descent, and was our family targeted because of this, and was this background used to discriminate against us when seeking legal relief from the crimes robert lukse had committed against us?  After all my father’s uncle Harry, who served in the american armed forces for over two decades and who was an original member of the us air force and cia was never accorded such honors even though he more than qualified for them.
