On legal issues over Afghan orphan

At present there is a legal case in american federal court regarding the custody of an Afghan orphan found by american soldiers, Baby v. Esper, the details of which can be found below

In all likelihood, this Afghan child should be returned to their biological family who have been clearly established, and not the soldiers seeking to adopt this child who are simply christian supremacist war criminals who will traumatize and brainwash this child if placed in their custody.
