On more charges for daniel penny

 This morning the indictment against daniel penny was unsealed by a Manhattan court, and he now faces additional charges for killing Jordan Neely. You can find more information on the indictment below

The Manhattan DA is right to show concern for Jordan Neely and his family as Jordan Neely was a trauma survivor who was tortured by the mental health system that gave him drugs causing him to act violently.
Also the DA notes penny approached Neely from behind and used a chokehold for an excessive period of time, for if penny wanted to get Neely under control he would have approached from the front.
Let's hope daniel penny gets slammed for this.
