On daniel penny indicted for killing Jordan Neely

This week daniel penny was indicted for killing Jordan Neely, and is set to return to court on charges in two weeks

These charges are necessary as Jordan Neely did NOT assault daniel penny, and penny choked Neely from behind longer than was necessary, and unnecessarily as two people managed to get Neely's arms under control. I should point out that Neely had been acting out because he had been wrongly given psychiatric meds which caused him to act out, and which explains his body moving even after he was dead.
Interestingly daniel penny has recently moved to 10 Secatogue Lane in West Islip, making one wonder where he got the resources to do this.
Let us hope this war criminal daniel penny gets what is coming to him soon.
