Kungen Carl XVI Gustaf's Golden Jubilee marred by riksbank

 I just learned that the Swedish riksbank has decided not to issue any commemorative coinage for the Golden Jubilee of Kungen Carl XVI Gustaf, as they explained to me below


It is sad and disgraceful that such a popular Monarch should be slighted thus on such an important landmark anniversary.  I should point out that precious metal coins of Carl XVI Gustaf are popular mainly as they are hard to come by, and owning such coinage shows the affection for a monarch.  
Rather than be part of such an important landmark, the Swedish government via the riksbank is showing why they have become a laughingstock around the World by this demonstration of Swedish government stupidity, especially with the commemoratives issued last year to mark milestones in the reigns of Margrethe II and elizabeth II.  Hopefully this decision by the riksbank is not final.
