  This week the district attorney for Manhattan alvin bragg announced a New York state grand jury has decided to indict Donald Trump on charges, however he has not been arraigned on those charges, and bragg only made this announcement on his twitter feed That Trump has not been immediately arrested and arraigned shows that bragg and government officials in New York realize the charges are bogus, as the statute to act has expired.  However they are using expediency/moral turpitude/shock the conscience arguments to proceed.
